Key Responsibilities
Business Development for Main Switchgear. Final Distribution,Enclousers Offers and Drive Profitable growth through efficient and optimized offers.
To help End customers accelerate their journey of enhanced Control and mission safety of Electrical Distribution System through combined value proposition of Hager offers with App, Analytics ,Value Prop and Services layers. To populate and execute Go To Market through Influencers , OEMS, Intermediaries and Direct Execution mode.
Connect with Consultants ,Approval Authorities ,OEMs for Greenfield & Brownfield Projects and routine projects. Develop Awareness, Demand and Preference for Hager Products and Solutions
Convert Opportunities into Orders Won through regular connect with Customers. Organize Launch Events, Seminars, Demos , Webinars and other marcom activities for increasing awareness for Hager Offers and ensuring the Budget.
Ensure Quality of Offer in line with customer requirement through detailed study of Documents & RFQ.
Create Preference into OEMs and ensuring Rate Contracts in close coordination with the reginal Sales.
Regular Won/Loss/ Open analysis of Quoted offers along with Regional Sales/ Product Managers/Marketing & analyze Root Cause
Provide feedback to Marketing Head , Line of Business Product Management on developing new features, functionality, and processes to improve the offering
• Track the Project pipeline of opportunities to support and ensures proper customer project process is followed
• Organize Trainings for National Sales Team / Customers.
• Preferred Location: Pune
Qualifications

Experience
6 to 12 years in electrical switchgear industry, in sales / business development domain.
Primarily from electrical industry with preference for Switchgear.
Allied industry like automation/ electrical accessories / any project based product industry can also be looked at.
(If the candidate is from Switchgear background he/ she must be technically knowledgeable on all the types of Circuit breaking devices / safety devices
