Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent, gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und packst Aufgaben am liebsten direkt an? Bei uns am Standort in Osnabrück erwartet dich als Werkstudent (m/w/d) Human Resources die gesamte Bandbreite des Personalbereichs. Die Position ist zunächst auf 6 Monate befristet und mit bis zu 20 Stunden/Woche zu besetzen.
Das erwartet dich
- Du begleitest unsere Mitarbeitenden im Employee Lifecycle und unterstützt unser HR-Team im administrativen Tagesgeschäft
- Du managst die Interviewkoordination und sorgst für eine erstklassige Bewerberkommunikation
- Du erstellst und bearbeitest eigenständig HR-Dokumente wie Bescheinigungen und Arbeitszeugnisse
- Du erstellst HR-Reportings, wertest Daten aus und bereitest Präsentationen vor
- Du unterstützt bei internen HR-Projekten, bringst eigene Ideen hierzu ein und stellst eine professionelle und konstruktive Kommunikation mit den Schnittstellen sicher
Das bringst du mit
- Aktuelles Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld
- Du bist fit in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, und hast idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit SAP SuccessFactors
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Organisationstalent und starke Kommunikation sowie echte Begeisterung für die Energiewende
- Fließendes Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
