Context:

As part of the continued growth and transformation of our Energy Management Business Unit, we are looking for a Transformation Manager to support the integration and evolution of our organization. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the future operating model, aligning stakeholders and driving strategic transformation initiatives across multiple entities.

What you will do?

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the Energy Management organization.
• Build and drive the transformation roadmap, priorities and governance framework.
• Align senior stakeholders and leadership teams around common goals and decisions.
• Support the integration of multiple entities into one cohesive organization.
• Drive execution, monitor progress and ensure delivery of key transformation objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and remove barriers to success.

• You have solid experience in transformation, program management or business change initiatives.
• You understand governance models, organizational design and business transformation.
• You demonstrate strong business acumen and can translate strategy into action.
• You influence and align stakeholders effectively without formal authority.
• You are recognized for your execution mindset, drive and ability to deliver results.
• You communicate confidently in English and thrive in an international environment.
