As a BU Energy End-to-End Supply Chain Project Manager (m/f/d) you will report to the Supply Chain Excellence Senior Manager in the  Supply Chain & Logistics department based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a Permanent contract.

We are looking for a BU Energy End-to-End Supply Chain Project Manager to strengthen the operational performance, resilience and continuity of our EV charging solutions supply chain. In this role, you will connect demand planning, inventory strategy, lifecycle management, production coordination and vendor execution, while ensuring reliable system operations and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do?

• Lead monthly demand reviews with markets and translate sales forecasts into actionable supply, inventory and procurement plans.
• Consolidate the mid- and long-term planning exercise in close collaboration with demand planning, including volume assumptions and capacity requirements over the next three years.
• Drive inventory management by defining safety stock parameters, service-level agreements with markets and replenishment rules to secure product availability.
• Manage product lifecycle activities from new product introduction to end of life, including phase-in/phase-out planning, last-time-buy coordination and obsolete stock reduction.
• Coordinate supply plans with internal plants, distribution centers and external vendors to ensure continuity of supply for finished goods, components and accessories.
• Work with sourcing and suppliers on mid- and long-term capacity, contractual needs, risk analysis and mitigation plans, including dual-sourcing opportunities where relevant.
• Prepare and present S&OP inputs to BU Energy management and markets, ensuring clear visibility on risks, priorities, KPIs and required decisions.

What about you?

• You hold a degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.
• You bring solid experience in supply chain operations, ideally in an industrial, electrical, automotive, energy or EV infrastructure environment.
• You have strong hands-on knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, as well as planning tools such as Quintiq, IBP or equivalent solutions.
• You are comfortable with demand planning, inventory management, purchase order flows, intercompany transfers and master data accuracy.
• You are analytical and data-driven, with strong Excel skills and the ability to use reporting tools such as Power BI to monitor performance and support decisions.
• You combine operational rigor with a strong sense of urgency and are able to solve supply issues from forecast review through to system execution.
• You communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and are able to coordinate priorities between markets, plants, logistics, sourcing and suppliers.
