We are looking for a Corporate Communication Specialist (m/f/d) who combines strategic thinking with strong storytelling skills. In this role, you will shape communication approaches that strengthen Hager’s employer brand and support the communication of our sustainability ambitions, ensuring both are closely aligned with our corporate strategy and business priorities.
As a Corporate Communication Specialist (m/f/d), you will report to the Head of Corporate Communication in the Communications Team based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract. Alternatively, Frankfurt (Germany) or Obernai (France) can also be potential work locations.

You will be responsible for shaping and implementing communication strategies that strengthen Hager's employer attractiveness and support our sustainability ambitions.
You will:
- Develop and steer communication concepts and campaigns that support Hager’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and ensure alignment with the Group strategy, culture and business priorities.
- Act as a strategic communication partner to HR, supporting talent attraction, employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand narrative across internal and external communication channels.
- Translate strategic HR topics into engaging communication formats and storytelling that resonate with current and future employees.
You will also:
- Develop and drive communication approaches that support Hager's sustainability strategy and business objectives.
- Work closely with Sustainability and business stakeholders to translate complex topics into clear, relevant and impactful communication.
- Ensure sustainability communication creates meaningful connections between business performance, innovation, customer expectations and corporate responsibility.
- Contribute to strengthening Hager's reputation by positioning sustainability as an integral part of our business strategy and long-term value creation.
In addition, you will:
- Create communication concepts and define messaging along the stakeholder groups
- Create high-quality content and storytelling formats for internal and external audiences.
- Manage communication projects across functions and regions, bringing together diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement, deriving insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify communication trends and opportunities to further strengthen Hager's positioning and reputation.
What you ideally bring with you
- A Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Human Resources or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in corporate communications, employer branding, sustainability communication or a comparable strategic communication role.
- Proven ability to develop communication strategies and narratives that support business and organizational objectives.
- Strong understanding of how communication contributes to reputation building, employee engagement and business transformation.
- Excellent storytelling and content development skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and compelling messages.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
- A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic and hands-on approach to execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
