We are currently looking for our futureQuality Excellence Leader (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.


As a Quality Excellence Leader (m/f/d),you will drive the global standardization and continuous improvement of quality processes across multiple sites and functions. You will lead international transformation initiatives, foster a culture of quality excellence, and enable data-driven decision-making to ensure transparency and sustainable improvements across the organization. In the role, you will play a central role in shaping and implementing global quality standards and improvement initiatives.

Your mission

  • Drive the global standardization and harmonization of quality processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure transparency and enable fact-based management decisions.
  • Implement the global Quality Transformation Plan and lead international improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and international teams to deliver global Quality Excellence initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Conduct global process and maturity audits, ensuring the sustainable implementation of defined improvement actions; act as Global Process Owner (GPO) for quality-related topics in the APQP domain.
  • Own the governance of budgets and KPIs for continuous improvement initiatives across the global Quality organization.
  • Strengthen the Quality organization by systematically capturing lessons learned and ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer and institutionalization.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making by analyzing complex data structures, ensuring high data quality, and closing transparency gaps.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
  • More than 8 years of international experience in quality management within a multi-site environment with demanding quality standards.
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and/or software-based connected systems.
  • Proven experience in project and change management within international organizations.
  • Expert knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, APQP, MSA, Run@Rate, etc.) and Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping), with solid experience in CAQ and SAP systems.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, strong customer orientation, and confidence in working in intercultural environments.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, resilience, leadership and assertiveness, as well as willingness to travel internationally; fluent English required (German is an advantage).
