We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our growing team in North Vietnam, Hanoi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and expanding existing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role requires strong commercial acumen, technical understanding, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and support.
Your mission
- Aggressively drive project sales growth and achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
- Develop, manage and maintain a robust project pipeline across private residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
- Ensure all sales activities, leads, and projects are accurately tracked and updated in the CRM system in line with PDI and management targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, cold outreach, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts, in particular developers, consultants, contractors, panel builders and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular sales visits and remain informed of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and tenders promptly and professionally.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations, technical briefings and customer training sessions when required.
- Attend site meetings, manage customer expectations, resolve complaints and provide on-site troubleshooting support.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (technical, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and drive them to resolution with urgency and accountability.
Your profile
- Minimum Diploma in a related discipline or equivalent relevant sales experience.
- Proven track record in B2B or project sales, preferably within a related industry.
- Strong hunter mentality with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to customers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High level of technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new products and solutions.
- Adaptable, resilient, and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese is preferred.
