As a Learning Experience Designer - Leadership M/F/D you will report to the Group Learning & Development Director in the HR department based in Paris (France) or Tichy (Poland) for a Permanent contract.
We are seeking a creative, structured, and highly skilled Learning Experience Designer (LxD) to strengthen our team.
In this role, you will work closely with our our HR partners and Business Leaders to design meaningful, engaging and modern learning solutions, with a strong focus on leadership development. You will be the pedagogical expert behind the scenes—crafting learning journeys, shaping digital modules, and ensuring every solution is both attractive and impactful.
You will contribute to the design of global leadership development initiatives, working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
As a Learning Experience Designer (M/F/D), you will report to the Group Learning & Development Director within the Centers of Expertise of the Group HR function.
What you will do?
- Translate leadership and business needs into coherent, engaging learning experiences in close collaboration with the Talent Management team.
- Design end-to-end leadership learning programs (blended, digital, social learning, and experiential formats) for a global audience across the Group, including integration of assessment-based learning journeys (e.g. 360° feedback, behavioural diagnostics).
- Apply adult learning principles and leadership development best practices to maximize engagement and impact and ensure alignment with measurable leadership capability outcomes and organisational priorities.
- Collaborate with leadership stakeholders, L&D and HR colleagues, and external partners to build effective solutions and shape learning strategies to ensure their adoption.
- Integrate modern learning approaches, user-centricity, and innovation into leadership development solutions
- Work with the LMS expert to ensure smooth integration and optimal learner experience within our learning ecosystem
- Stay up to date with learning design, digital learning, and leadership development trends
What about you?
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Sciences, Digital Learning, Psychology, Communication, or a related field
- You have 7–10+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design, digital learning development, learning consulting or related roles.
- You have experience and strong interest in leadership development programs with demonstrated experience across multiple leadership levels (e.g. emerging leaders, people managers, senior leaders), ensuring coherence and progression within a structured leadership development framework.
- You master instructional design methodologies and have solid knowledge of adult learning principles
- You are a strong communicator, with strong influencing skills, able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and simplify complexity.
- You are comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in an international environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- You are fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
As a plus: facilitation or coaching skills, certification in psychometric or behavioural assessment tools.
