The HR Lifecycle Specialist provides high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle for countries supported by HR SSC, ensuring accurate employee data management, compliance with local labour regulations, timely processing of HR transactions, and excellent employee service delivery within agreed service levels.
Your responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Prepare and process employment contracts, amendments, confirmations, and other employment-related documentation in line with local legal requirements.
- Maintain employee data within HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors).
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities from an HR Administration perspective.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and internal controls.
Employee File Management
- Maintain employee files and supporting documentation according to established processes.
- Ensure document retention and archiving requirements are met.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure GDPR and data privacy compliance.
HR Service Delivery
- Respond to employee and manager queries through designated HR support channels.
- Process service requests within agreed service levels and deadlines.
- Support employee self-service and manager self-service processes.
- Support HR data validation and payroll-related activities where required.
Reporting and Data Quality
- Perform regular HR data quality checks.
- Prepare standard and ad hoc HR reports.
- Monitor assigned KPIs and service levels.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Your profile:
Experience
- Experience in HR Administration, preferably within an HR Shared Services environment.
- Experience working with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Experience in an international or multinational environment is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Data management and reporting skills.
- English at B1/B2 level.
- Nice to have: service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
