As a Technical Training Specialist M/F/D you will report to the Country Marketing Manager in the Marketing based in Telford for a Permanent contract.
What tou will do?
- Create and proofread high-quality technical content, including feature and benefit sheets, whitepapers, articles and technical submissions.
- Ensure the technical accuracy of marketing content and contribute to the management of product data and technical information.
- Develop, review and deliver technical training programmes across the business, including for customer-facing teams and manufacturing employees.
- Lead technical inductions for new employees and develop and maintain technical training courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Take ownership of the Hager Academy and ensure training facilities and equipment are regularly updated to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Support the business in strengthening its technical capability by ensuring training materials, documentation and technical content are accurate, impactful and aligned with strategic goals.
What about you?
- You have experience in training and events, supported by relevant qualifications.
- You have the ability to create, review and communicate clear and accurate technical content.
- You are confident delivering technical training to different audiences across the business.
- You are organised and comfortable managing training programmes, learning content and training facilities.
- You are detail-oriented, with a strong focus on the quality and accuracy of technical information.
- You are customer-focused and committed to delivering a high-quality learning and training experience.
