This allows us to combine all the skills necessary for the development of innovative products, systems and services required for building automation.

We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to be based in our Singapore office. This role supports the planning and execution of Hager's marketing priorities: Digitalisation, Customer Centricity, Product Marketing and Brand Awareness. The Marketing Executive will coordinate digital campaigns, customer engagement and learning initiatives, product launches, content, events and brand activities for the Singapore market, while collaborating with relevant regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Digitalisation

• Enhance the website and digital customer journey, while maintaining accurate product portfolio information, technical content and campaign assets.
• Coordinate email newsletters and support CRM integration with ISA Marketing to improve audience segmentation, lead nurturing and customer communication.
• Build and execute connected campaign flows across the full digital funnel, monitor performance and continuously optimise marketing ROI.

Customer Centricity

• Plan and coordinate customer engagement activities and partner events to strengthen relationships with Hager partners, customers and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate on-demand customer training programmes in Singapore, including Lunch & Learn sessions, technical training and product presentations, in collaboration with technical and regional teams.
• Develop customer-focused tools, content and narratives based on customer needs, market feedback and business priorities.

Product Marketing

• Support new product introductions and product campaigns, ensuring launch readiness and awareness through coordinated multi-channel activation.
• Develop sales enablement tools, marketing collateral and point-of-sale materials (POSM) in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Technical and regional teams.
• Create clear and engaging product content that communicates customer benefits, applications, value propositions and competitive differentiation.

Brand Awareness

• Support internal campaigns and share local best practices with Group Communications, DMCX, ISA and regional stakeholders.
• Execute external brand awareness campaigns across digital channels and offline POSM, ensuring consistency with Hager brand guidelines.
• Coordinate PR, media outreach and relevant brand activations, including content creation, event support, and agency and vendor management.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in B2B marketing, product marketing or marketing communications, preferably within the electrical, building or industrial sector; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing, website or CMS administration, email marketing, CRM, social media and campaign analytics.
• Strong content development skills, with the ability to translate technical products and solutions into clear, customer-focused messages and value propositions.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in coordinating campaigns, product launches, customer events, training programmes, agencies and external vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across diverse, multilingual and distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel as and when required.
