We are currently looking for our futureSourcing Excellence Project Leader - Process, Systems & Digitalization (m/f/d)based in Obernai or Blieskastel for a permanent contract. 

As a Sourcing Excellence Project Leader - Process, Systems & Digitalization (m/f/d), your role is to support, shape and accelerate the digital and operational transformation of Sourcing Excellence by driving disciplined execution, enabling data-driven decision-making, and delivering sustainable business value. As a central integrator across strategy, operations, and digitalization, you simplify complexity, strengthen resilience, and ensure impactful delivery in a fast-evolving environment.

 What you will do?

• Drive governance and prioritization of Sourcing Excellence initiatives
• Ensure transparency on KPIs, milestones, risks, and value delivery
• Remove execution bottlenecks and enable fast, fact-based decisions
• Anticipate and mitigate operational, compliance, and digital risks
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects with strong stakeholder alignment
• Accelerate digitalization through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions

What about you?

• You have a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have proven experience in Sourcing / Procurement, with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes.
• You demonstrated success in leading transformation and cross-functional projects.
• You have solid expertise in digitalization, analytics, and performance management.
• You are structured, results-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• You are fluent in English; French and/or German is a plus.
