As a Development Quality Manager (m/f/d) you will report to the Development Quality Senior Manager in the Group Quality department based in Obernai Europe for a CDI contract.
Whatyouwill do?
- Lead development project quality by ensuring the consistent application of quality processes (APQP, project and quality gates, product validation) throughout the development lifecycle until market launch.
- Ensure compliance of products and solutions with internal standards, external requirements, and applicable regulations, in close collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sourcing teams.
- Manage quality performance and customer satisfaction by analyzing customer feedback, monitoring quality indicators, and driving corrective and preventive action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement of products and processes by leveraging lessons learned and deploying structured problem-solving methodologies such as PDCA, 8D, and root cause analysis.
- Lead and coordinate quality activities and teams within the scope, define performance indicators, manage priorities, and support the development of team members to achieve operational and quality objectives.
- Lead a team of Engineers to seek for highest Project development Quality maturity and team performances.
What about you?
- You have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electro mechanical / Electronic) with knowledge in the management and quality management sector or equal qualification.
- You have minimum 5 years of work experience in the management sector with a technical background.
- You are proficient in the area of ISO 9000 family, 14001, 18001, 50001.
- You speak English fluently with a B2 / C1 Level.
- You are known for excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You demonstrate ability to deal with ambiguity and resilience.
- You are open, action oriented, have strategic mindset and synthesis skills. You demonstrate customer centricity, networking skills, empathy, and teamwork.
- You have experience in Buy & Resell suppliers management.
