Your role
As an Industrialization Engineer, you will report to Yannick Huck, Industrialization Engineering Manager, and play a key role in ensuring efficient and reliable industrial processes.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate technical projects for existing products in collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams
- Manage equipment and process modifications resulting from product changes
- Maintain and update BOMs, master data, and routings in ERP systems
- Drive improvements in process efficiency, product quality, and industrial performance
Your profile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA is a plus)
- Knowledge of plastic and metal processing technologies (e.g., injection molding, stamping)
- Good command of English (min. B2)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
