Key Responsibilities:
- Define and develop complete manufacturing systems, including layout, process flow, technologies, automation level, ergonomics, and safety standards for new or modified products.
- Lead and support industrialization activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure product designs are aligned with manufacturing requirements by applying Design for Automation (DFA), Design for Late Differentiation (DFLD), and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Manage product data and structures in SAP, including Bill of Materials (BOM), MRP parameters, and cost calculations.
- Oversee prototyping phases, monitor components availability, and manage engineering changes before production start.
- Support production ramp-up by training operators and technicians, optimizing processes, and achieving target performance indicators (capacity, quality, productivity, OEE).
- Follow and validate machine construction and modification, from design through to final acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy standards in all activities.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial Production, or related fields).
- 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Knowledge of FMEA and basic experience with SAP (BOM, MRP, cost analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated leadership potential: results-driven, accountable, collaborative, and customer-focused.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
