We are currently looking for our futureControlling Business Partner (m/f/d) Manufacturing - Ottfingenbased on one of our Hager locations for a permanent contract.
Mission:
Reporting to the COBP Manufacturing segment MDB & WA, you drive the financial performance of the plant while being part of the local management team.
You main responsibilities include:
- Act as a trusted partner to the plant Management Team, helping to drive performance, efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure transparent, reliable and clear management information by close collaboration with functional/central Controlling teams.
- Analyze costs, KPI’s (e.g. Productivity) and deviations to support decision-making
- Manage target setting and forecast processes for the site in line with group guidelines
- Perform detailed product cost calculations at year-end with support of functional controlling team.
- Conduct ad-hoc product cost analyses and profitability calculations for investment projects.
- Monitoring investment projects in collaboration with the project team.
Your Profile
- You have a master's degree in finance or a business school degree.
- You have 5 to 8 years’ experience in financial control in an industrial environment
- You are fluent in German and English.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills: you are able to present complex information clearly
- You are comfortable in a role where strategy and operations come together
- Proactive, reliable and someone who takes ownership
- Willingness to travel, on-site presence in Ottfingen regularly required
