We are currently looking for our futureVisitors Experience Specialist (m/f/d) - International Visitsbased in Blieskastel on a permanent contract.
As a Visitors Experience Specialist (m/f/d) you combine strategic thinking with outstanding organisational skills and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
In this role, you will shape how international customers experience Hager in Germany and define one consistent Hager Visitor Experience across countries. Working closely with our international markets, the Hager Forum, Marketing & Sales, Product Management, Manufacturing and site managers, you will create customer experiences that support our business, strengthen strategic relationships and showcase Hager's innovation, manufacturing excellence and company culture.
Mission:
- Define and continuously enhance the Hager Visitor Experience in Germany, ensuring alignment with the Hager Forum for a consistent international customer experience.
- Develop engaging visitor journeys, concepts, and storytelling that showcase Hager’s products, innovation, manufacturing expertise, and company culture.
- Align visitor standards, experience principles, and customer touchpoints across Germany and France.
- Act as the key interface between international markets, Marketing & Sales, Communications, Manufacturing, and the Hager Forum to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate international customer visits across German production sites, including agendas, logistics, accommodations, and cross-country visit planning.
- Build, lead, and develop a strong guide community by recruiting, training, coaching, and fostering knowledge sharing between German and French sites.
- Establish governance, quality standards, and KPIs for customer visits while contributing to the long-term international rollout of the Hager Visitor Experience framework.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in customer experience, project management, communications, hospitality, product marketing, or an international coordination role.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions, sites, and countries.
- Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.
- Strong technical affinity, with the ability to understand complex products and manufacturing processes and translate them into engaging customer stories.
- Confident presenter with excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical topics to international audiences.
- Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage, and willingness to travel between Hager locations is required.
