We are currently looking for our futureSystem Integration & Validation Engineer (m/f/d)based in Blieskastel for a permanentcontract.
As a System Integration & Validation Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration and validation of complex systems and products. You will work closely with engineering, development, and validation teams to guarantee that solutions meet functional requirements, quality standards, and certification expectations throughout the development lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring that our systems and products perform reliably and meet all technical and regulatory requirements.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the integration and validation of system components, ensuring acceptance criteria are met.
- Define and implement integration and validation strategies for complex systems and products.
- Coordinate and perform system-level testing, including verification and validation activities.
- Validate system performance, robustness, and reliability under normal and extreme conditions.
- Support development teams to ensure smooth integration during Agile development cycles.
- Plan and coordinate test campaigns in laboratory, on-site, and field environments.
- Analyze complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Support project managers in planning integration and validation activities, including resource and timeline management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, certification requirements, and laboratory best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including certification bodies and testing providers.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in system integration, validation, testing, or laboratory engineering.
- Experience working with complex systems involving hardware, software, and integrated components.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and validation methodologies.
- Experience with testing strategies, measurement equipment, and laboratory environments.
- Understanding of standards, certification processes, and measurement uncertainty principles.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and iterative integration approaches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
- Structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple technical topics in an international environment.
- English: B2 level or higher, German or French language skills could be an advantage
