Join our HR team to partner with leaders and employees in driving a people strategy aligned with company goals.In this role, you will collaborat with internal clients in implementing the human resources management policy aligned with the company’s strategy and objectives.
You will be acting as a strategic advisor to leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal HR frameworks.
We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner dedicated for direct production and warehouse area, locatedin Bieruń for a hybrud schedule, pernament contract arrangement.
Your responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying business needs, recommending data-driven HR solutions, and supporting change management initiatives to strengthen organizational performance.
- Ensuring consistent and fair application of the remuneration system, disciplinary processes, and underperformance management.
- Promoting company culture, engagement, and inclusion, ensuring consistent communication, effective issue resolution.
- Contributing to KPIs by monitoring and supporting actions related to absenteeism, turnover, and overall people performance.
- Supporting managers in staffing, recruitment, and workforce planning to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational needs.
- Colaboration with the leasing companiesIdentifying training needs and co-developing annual development plans in collaboration with the TA team and training providers.
- Collaborating with HR teams to execute development and evaluation initiatives across the organization.
Your profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within an international organization, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of HR tools: employee development, report analysis, project management
- Process-oriented approach to task execution
- Initiative in action and responsibility for results
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to listen
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
