What you will do?

• Lead quality performance across a network of production plants in multiple countries, contributing to the definition and deployment of the global quality strategy in line with Group Quality Governance.

• Functionally lead and align site Quality Managers and engineers in a matrix organisation: set annual operational plans, budgets and KPIs, develop capabilities, and drive delivery of plant quality targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across manufacturing and logistics using recognised methods (Lean, Six Sigma, VSM), ensuring lessons learned are captured and replicated across sites.
• Steer digitalisation, data governance and standardisation of quality structures/processes to ensure reliable performance visibility and support effective decision‑making across the network.
• Own complaint management and escalation for manufacturing and supplier-related issues: enforce robust root cause analysis / 8D, ensure timely and effective containment/corrective/preventive actions, and reduce CoPQ (scrap & waste).
• Ensure strong compliance and risk control (QHSE/ISO/QHSEE): plan and lead audits, manage action plans, support certification activities, and—when required—exercise the authority to block production / stop deliveries; 

What about you ?

• You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• You bring 10+ years of experience as a Quality Manager in an international, multi‑site environment with very high quality standards.
• You have strong technical credibility, with deep electromechanical & electronic knowledge and solid understanding of industrial processes.
• You master recognised quality and continuous improvement methods (Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality, 8D, 5S, Six Sigma) and ideally hold a Certified Quality Manager qualification.
• You combine a prevention mindset with a hands‑on problem‑solving approach, and you are comfortable discussing quality issues with customers when required.
• You demonstrate strong leadership, influence and change management skills in multicultural environments, with clear communication and synthesis abilities; English (B2.2) is required (French/German are a plus) and you are open to worldwide international exposure.
