At Hager, customer satisfaction and business efficiency are our motivation. We are looking for an E2E Process Intelligence Value Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Obernai or Blieskastel on a permanent contract.

In this role, you will help transform process intelligence insights into actionable business improvements, driving operational excellence and sustainable value creation across our end-to-end value streams (E.g., Quote to Cash, Forecast to Deliver).

What you will do?

• Drive the identification, qualification, and prioritization of process improvement opportunities by partnering with Business Process Owners, E2E value stream Leads, and IT & AI stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into scalable process intelligence solutions, leveraging process mining technologies and advanced analytics to improve performance and user experience.
• Design, develop, and optimize dashboards, action flows, and automation solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
• Support the deployment and adoption of process mining tools and digital workflow solutions across international and cross-functional environments.
• Build business cases, monitor value realization, and lead impact assessments, risk evaluations, and change management activities to ensure successful implementation and sustainable business benefits.

What about you ?

• Master's degree or Engineering degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process design, process mining, digital optimization, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled business solutions within complex operational environments
• Strong expertise in process management methodologies, process mining tools (e.g., Celonis), workflow optimization, and business performance analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across international teams.
• Structured, analytical, and results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and fluent professional English.
