We are currently looking for our futureSenior Operations Quality Manager (m/f/d)based in La Rocafor a permanent contract.
Mission
As Senior Operations Quality Manager, you will lead and drive the overall quality performance across an international network of production plants. You will play a key role in deploying the global quality strategy, strengthening operational excellence, and ensuring alignment of quality standards, processes, and performance across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the global Operations Quality strategy in alignment with Group Quality Governance and corporate objectives
- Lead and align international Quality Managers and Quality Engineers within a matrix organization across multiple production sites
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D, 5S, VSM, and other quality methodologies
- Lead international cross-functional projects focused on quality performance, digitalization, standardization, and process harmonization
- Monitor quality KPIs, customer complaints, supplier quality, CoPQ, scrap, and waste reduction while ensuring robust root cause analysis and preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards and management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and QHSEE requirements
- Act as the escalation point for quality crises, audits, and critical operational risks, with authority to stop production and block deliveries when necessary
- Develop and coach local quality organizations while representing Operations Quality in international leadership and governance meetings
Profile
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical field with more than 10 years of international quality management experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in electromechanical and electronic manufacturing processes, industrial operations, and high-quality production standards
- Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, 8D, 5S, problem-solving techniques, quality methods and tools
- Proven experience in project management, change management, operational excellence, and global transformation initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, convince, and align multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Customer-focused mindset combined with excellent communication, analytical, and synthesis capabilities
- Hands-on, resilient, and solution-oriented personality with the ability to perform in complex and high-pressure environments
- Fluent in English with willingness to travel internationally (~20%)
