    In 2017, I moved to the position of Quality Controller, which gave me a different perspective on the production processes throughout the whole factory. Soon after that I was offered to move into the health and safety department. Since I have always wanted to develop and improve my skills, I didn't hesitate to take the opportunity. With the support of Hager Group, I completed a postgraduate course and took up my new role as a Health & Safety Specialist in 2018.

    In 2010, I started my mechatronics apprenticeship at Hager in Heltersberg. Once this was completed, I was taken on in the maintenance team and at the same time, I started a four-year training course to become a technical engineer. In 2020, I joined the production team at the Blieskastel site as Group Leader: together with a colleague, I was responsible for supervising more than 80 employees. Since February 2023, I've been working in the "zentrale Verkaufsförderung" (sales promotion) department. Our team is charged with organising personalised visits for groups of customers to our plants in Heltersberg, Blieskastel and Obernai.
